Gone are the days of being forced to the back of a health-food shop in hunt of cruelty-free and vegan beauty products. Thanks to more and more cosmetic and skincare companies adopting a cruelty-free approach, it’s easier than ever to make sure the make-up you choose isn’t at the expense of unnecessary testing on animals, and doesn’t compromise on quality either. Why Charlotte Tilbury’s new mascara is far from legendary!

As a raging Charlotte Tilbury fan I of course get giddy when anything new is released, and as a self-confessed mascara junkie, Tilbury’s latest release; Legendary Lashes in Black Vinyl got me reaching for my credit card in a flash, despite being on the wrong side of pay day. Cheap & cheerful | Essence brushes

Who doesn’t love a bargain, and for me there’s nothing more satisfying than a good beauty bargain – especially if the product is great quality too. I love Wilkos for their beauty products, and in particular the European brand Essence. I recently popped into my local store for a bit of a haul and came away with these pretty brushes (among other things).
